My Filipino Family!

With this weekend being LDS General Conference some of the Filipinos I taught when I was a missionary were in town from San Diego. It is hard for me to describe the love I have for these great people. I have been home from my mission for almost 5 years, and still when I see them I just feel of their love for me. I have so much respect for them and for the amount of time they spent helping me (and many others) and loving me while I was serving a mission. They truly are my Filipino family. It was great to be with them again, to catch up, and for them to see how big Ayda is getting. Before Lindsey and I went to catch up with our friends Ayda helped give Finny a quick snack.

That is so great! Don't you just love the lifelong friends that missions bring.

I always loved hearing your stories from your mission. It is easy to see your love for them. I bet you love showing off Ayda to them! You're the best and I'm so proud of you and your sweet family. I miss you!
