You may be thinking, "who is Lou" well in Ayda speak lou means you. Travis turned 29 on Sunday, after church Travis and Ayda took a birthday nap (he is old now and needs his sleep). Later we did a little birthday dinner and ate Travis' favorite pink lemonade pie(no cake for us). Ayda sang happy birthday to lou, Papa all day long. "ah-buh-day a yo-yo!" that's happy birthday from ashton. aren't birthdays the best? especially when your kids sing it to you? hooray for travis...and ayda, of course! first the pretty hair, now the birthdays, what next? can't wait for the next adventure!
Those pictures are precious. Oh, and I think I'm going to need the recipe for pink lemonade pie—sounds delicious!
Looks like it is time to explain to Ayda that you're not supposed actually wear YOUR birthday suit to celebrate a birthday. Ah, memories! I remember when my parents sat me down and explained it to me. The last dozen birthdays leading up to it were AWK-ward!
Happy birthday Travis! That pie sounds so good right now. I may have to make some tomorrow. As if I haven't already consumed enough calories from Thanksgiving. :)
