busy busy busy

Today we seemed to be running all over. Ayda went to the dentist for the first time and did an amazing job. The hygienist let Ayda try out all the tools and she helped out during the exam too. She has no cavities and her little teeth are perfect.

Then a little later Zander had his 2 month check up (a little early he is 7 weeks today). He weighed in at 12 pounds 8 ounces and 24 inches long. Both of which put him in the 90 percentile. The doctor kept referring to Z as a tank. He is smiling a lot and loves all things soft. He spends much of the day rubbing his hands through his hair and he also loves his little blue blanket. He isn't a big fan of the binkie he would rather suck on his fist.

Ayda is still being the best big sister...she is a good helper and rarely leaves her "Bee Bo"(that nickname comes from The Belly Button Book) alone.

Life is good!

He IS a tank! I love it, want to eat those sweet cheeks.
Can't wait to meet him.
Keeping busy is good, keeps us from going crazy :)

I think we could all have a bite of Zander's cheeks and there would be some to spare! I see him often and didn't realize how ample his cheeks really are. Great pix of the first dental visit. One of Ayda's aunties was crying during her first visit.
