rock climbing

We had a seminar on joints and joint health put on by the Hemophilia Foundation of Oregon(HFO). When that was done people who wanted to could gear up and climb the rock wall. Ayda did a really good job and Travis overcame his fear of heights. My niece Avery climbed really fast to the top and showed us all up. Zander did a little climbing too....It was fun and we learned something (pretty good).
