swim class...check

Ayda has always been a good swimmer (she has been swimming since she was 2) but she just did her first swim class. She passed with flying colors. Today was her last class and she jumped off the diving board and went down the giant slide alone. She was very proud of herself and was excited to tell me all about her accomplishment. She starts the next level of swim class on Monday and I know she will do well there too. She is swimming freestyle very well and even doing well at back stroke (something I never did). She told me as she swam today in the deep in it was a little scary but she just watched the lines in the bottom of the pool and kept on going. I love that she loves to swim. I love watching her swim and can't wait for her to keep developing her natural talent. As a side note, Zander is also a good little swimmer...well he doesn't swim but he can hold his breath very well. He jumps in and holds his breath like a champ. He is starting to learn to kick and has NO FEAR. Zander and I swim while Ayda takes her lessons, often people comment to me on how well he does in the water. I am the mother of two little fishies.
